Service Description
From everyday clothing to outfits for a special occasion, we can adjust your garments for a more comfortable and flattering fit. Our women’s alteration services include: Shortening and taking in dresses and skirts Shortening and tapering trousers Adjusting waistlines Altering sleeves, straps and shoulders Reshaping and fitting occasionwear General clothing alterations and repairs Items that don’t require a fitting can be dropped off Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm. If your garment needs to be fitted, please book an appointment through our website. Our typical turnaround is 1–2 weeks. An express service may be available for an additional charge, depending on the work required and our availability.
Cancellation Policy
All appointment booking fees are non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment, it can be moved to another available date or time provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, will lose the booking fee. A new booking and payment will be required. If Sew Eazy needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the booking fee.
